How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery will normally be 10 – 15 days. We will contact you by phone or e-mail to suggest a delivery date and discuss your site conditions.
Working days are Monday to Friday. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted and either offered a refund or give you an estimated time of availability.
Day Of Delivery
Once an order is placed and a delivery day agreed we will keep you informed of any possible delay. We cannot give a firm delivery time due to potential traffic problems outside of our control but on the day of delivery we will try to keep you up to date with developments and a likely ETA.
Returns Policy
Our policy is in addition to your legal rights.
You may cancel your order or part of it within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us by phone or e-mail subject to the following conditions.
- The product must be unused, as new in a saleable condition in the original packaging.
- You will receive a refund less a collection and restocking charge. Details of these charges can be provided upon request.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your goods as soon as possible on arrival and inform us of any damages. If you can see some damages on arrival please sign your delivery ticket “damaged”.
We will organise replacements as soon as possible and keep you informed of an arrival date.
